Our products are manufactured in select facilities across Asia and Europe. While we don’t currently manufacture in Canada or the U.S., we ensure the highest quality standards at every step of production and products are put through a series of rigorous Testing including a:

• Handle Test
• Wheel Test
• Zipper Test
• Lock Test

We’re proud to employ over 80 team members across Canada, working in our regional head office, sales division, distribution centre, and retail stores. We’re also committed to giving back to the communities we serve by regularly supporting Canadian charities through donations and fundraising contributions including:

• A portion of the proceeds from our annual Friends & Family sale is donated to the United Way Perth-Huron
• We’ve distributed Citypak backpacks to the unhoused community at Homeless Connect Toronto since 2015 (*did not distribute during event Covid pause, or in 2024.)
• We regularly donate suitcases to the Huron-Perth Children’s Aid Society

Our Canadian Product Managers play a key role in designing collections specifically for the Canadian market, in collaboration with our manufacturing partners. In the past year alone, over 35 of the collections sold in Canada were developed through this collaboration!

Our main Customer Service team is based in the U.S. and includes Canada-based French-speaking agents to support our Canadian customers. Additionally, our Canadian Customer Service team, based in Stratford, Ontario, works closely with the U.S. team and also supports our partners and consumer – ensuring you always get the help you need, with a Canadian touch.

We’ve proudly operated in Canada since 1956, beginning in Stratford, Ontario. Fun fact: the original Canadian facility didn’t only manufacture luggage… it also produced furniture - and even LEGO - for a time! In 2018, we moved into a brand-new regional head office and distribution centre just down the road from our original location. While we no longer manufacture here, Stratford remains the heart of our Canadian operations, and we’re proud to continue serving Canadians coast to coast!
